Happy Easter!

Well, today was a lovely Easter. We had an egg hunt on Friday with AnnaMarie, Tyler and the girls, so with today was just completely and utterly relaxing, which was nice! It was also general conference for our church (a bi-annual church-wide conference, for more information go here), so we got to stay home today and watch it online, which was great, considering I am ridiculously pregnant :) Anyways, I really enjoyed hearing the messages and reflecting on our Savior and His life, atonement, and resurrection today. It was lovely! Then to top it all off, AnnaMarie and the girls came over this evening to help us finish off some leftovers and the kids had a really nice time playing all together in the yard. I love having a fenced in back yard! It's the best!

So, this week has been beautiful weather and so it has been pretty easy to stay busy. We've gone swimming at AnnaMarie and Tyler's pool, made our way down to Eagan to hang out with Kelly and the kids, went to bunches of parks, walked around the mall, did tons of yard work, had 2 egg hunts, had a girls' night with some friends from my ward, cleaned, fed the missionaries, helped people move, you name it, we did it. So, it's been a busy week, which has been good for me. Much better than sitting around wishing this baby would get here already!

The wait is almost over, though! We're scheduled for Tuesday morning bright and early, so if nothing happens before then, we'll be meeting our sweet little girl in less than 36 hours. *I AM VERY EXCITED* Wish us luck!

So, here are some fun pictures from Friday when we did the egg hunt, dyed eggs, and had a mock Cafe Rio dinner with AnnaMarie and Tyler and the girls:

Michael and Jane, rockin' the bunny ears:

Thanks, AnnaMarie for the bunny ears! (And the pictures--these top two are from AnnaMarie's blog...) The kids loved them!

Katie putting some stickers on the eggs she dyed. Note the smurf hand. Nice.

Calvin and Michael, dying eggs:

Calvin pretty much thought this was the best thing ever:

The kids and Dr. T getting ready for the egg hunt:

I love this one. These kids have so much fun together! They are all nuts.

Calvin and Ryan hunting for eggs:

Ryan found no shame in going for the easy ones:

Neither did this guy. In this picture he is actually eating a plastic toy baseball which I can only assume he mistook for another easter egg. When we let the kids out a bunch of the eggs had bite marks, had been broken open and the candy was no where to be found. Darn squirrels! I might put empty ones out there some time just to get them back!

Ryan checking out his loot:

Love this face:

And this one:

Anyways, I hope you all had a fabulous Easter! I'll be sure to post when we have exciting news!

Wow! What fun! I wished all weekend that I was young enough to not look rediculous running around with a basket looking for eggs! Good luck tomorrow! I cannot wait to see pictures of Sophie.

How awesome. I especially like how Calvin coordinated his shirt with his ears. How cute! And I love the one of Tyler on the steps with the kids.

Fun Stuff! How funny that the squirrels attacked your eggs! Wretched rodents!
